At THAMES MMXX., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the initiation process.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
